As a volunteer youth leader for NCSM, you’ll play an important role in helping to shape the lives of middle school, high school, and college age students. You’ll be responsible for working with the youth pastor to create a safe and engaging environment where students can learn, develop, and serve while growing in their faith and community.

Your primary duties will include assisting with group activities, events, and mentoring students. You’ll also be responsible for teaching age-appropriate curriculum and activities that will help students grow in their faith and develop their leadership skills.

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, as well as a passion for working with young people. Previous experience working with youth is desirable, but not required.
