Having stood beside my parents as they started New Covenant, I have been a part of the church from the very beginning. Today, I serve as the NCSM Student Pastor, where I coordinate volunteers, train them, and create the curriculum for our students. Our goal is to create an environment where students can grow in their faith and community while learning, developing, and serving.
I hold a B.S in Political Science from Charleston Southern University and a Masters of Education in Elementary Education from the College of Charleston. Before joining New Covenant’s staff, I worked as an elementary school teacher and a literary coach for Trident Technical College. I’m also actively involved in local adoption support groups. My husband, Richard, our daughter, Norah, and I live in West Ashley. Being a part of the incredible community at New Covenant is an honor for me.
